Counselling Sessions in south walEs

Who are these counselling sessions for?

I provide talking therapy for survivors of trauma. I support both individuals and organisations who are impacted by distressing experiences. This includes personal trauma and secondary trauma (the indirect experience of another’s person’s trauma).

Counselling is a calm, safe space to explore how traumatic events have affected your feelings, thoughts, beliefs, body, behaviour and relationships; including issues such as low self esteem and anxiety. I help with trauma-related topics such as adoption, abuse and modern slavery.

What happens in these sessions?

We meet for 1 hour at a time, within a safe, welcoming, confidential space on a regular basis and talk about things that are bothering you.

Counselling can be in person or remote.

Face to face sessions take place in my peaceful and pleasant garden office in Llantwit Major.

Remote sessions take place via telephone or online (on Teams or other online platforms if needed).

What’s the cost?

£60 per 1 hour counselling session (both remote or in person).

Reduced rate for charities and student counsellors are available - please get in touch for more information.

I offer a 20 minute free, no obligation consultation call, for you to ask questions and feel confident in making a decision about using my services.

I am a registered member of the BACP and hold full qualifications in Integrative Counselling and Counselling Supervision.
