Who are these counselling sessions for?
I am a qualified integrative counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. I offer therapy to survivors of trauma. This can be via individual referrals or organisational referrals; where I provide therapy as part of the organisation’s support system.
I also provide therapy for staff who are impacted by secondary trauma (the indirect yet powerful experience of another’s person’s trauma).
What happens in these sessions?
Counselling can be in person or remote, depending on individual preference and needs.
Face to face sessions take place in my peaceful and pleasant garden office in Llantwit Major.
Remote sessions take place via telephone or online (on Teams or other online platforms if needed).
What’s the cost?
£60 per 1 hour counselling session (both remote or in person).
Reduced rate for charities and student counsellors are available - please get in touch for more information.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a £20 cancellation fee.
